Liliya RESHETNYAK is a speaker and a Diversity management consultant. Her vision is that of a society where everyone feels happy AND delivers meaningful results. It is made possible because every person is where they should be, and is free to be who they are.
At age 30, Liliya discovered that her former difficulties at work were due to high functioning autism, Asperger's Syndrome. By that time, she had her master's degree in HR, and had founded her first coaching company. In 2016, she finally decided to create the second one, with the aim of bridging the needs of organisations with not-enough-explored talents of neuro-atypical people, and in this way cater to the true needs of both : self-accomplishment for people, and performance for organisations.
Hipip IN is finally founded in early 2017. Hipip IN’s mission is to raise awareness about invisible difference, encourage and enhance fair and meaningful employment of neuro-atypical people, and extend these awareness and solutions to every single person.
