Ebru Dogan obtained her PhD on the role of providing feedback to drivers in order to improve safe and sustainable driver behavior in University of Groningen, the Netherlands. After her post-doc, she started to work as a researcher at VEDECOM Institute, France, where she launched the research team on human factors issues related to the automated vehicle. She is working closely with industrial and academic stakeholders, and involved in various projects related to automated vehicles at national (e.g. AutoConduct, ANR project) and international level (e.g. AutoMate and CARTRE, H2020 projects). In 2016, she obtained a 3-year grant as part of the Young Researcher program of French National Research Agency (ANR) for a project entitled “AVEthics: Ethics policy for automated vehicle”. Currently, she is working mostly on the AVEthics project with her PhD students.
