Jean-Claude Dardelet is deputy to the Mayor of Toulouse in charge of European and international affairs. He is vice-president of Toulouse Metropole where he holds the same responsibilities. He is also vice president of the Cité de l'Espace (first Space visitor centre in Europe).
An international career of 30 years in aerospace industries (Schlumberger, Zodiac and Thales Alenia Space) and European Union credentials, in particular for the emergence and development of the EGNOS, Galileo and Copernicus programs since their earliest stages and for the benefit of scientific and commercial programs, Jean-Claude Dardelet also contributed to topics related to the European Union industrial policy and international relations. Gratuated Engineer with a postgraduate in international trade, it is auditor postgraduate at Cycle des Hautes Etudes Européennes (Ecole Nationale d’Administration).
