Isabella studied Landscape Architecture in Germany, went on to work for the Öko-Institute on energy and climate change issues before moving to Canada. In Vancouver she took on several positions in cultural management and co-directed the International Fringe Festival. After eight years she returned to Germany to manage a European performing arts project. Currently, Isabella is working at the Science and Research Department of the Robert Bosch Stiftung (Foundation). Focus areas are science engagement, science communication and science journalism.
